Online Self-Care Sessions for Back Pain and Neck Pain

In unprecedented times like we are experiencing right now with COVID 19, we could all do with a bit of TLC.

Have you been working from home lately?

Is the computer set-up rather compromised?

Working more hours on the computer may leave you with neck pain or back pain.

You may worry about the whole Coronavirus situation and its consequences. This can prevent you from concentrating on your work.

You have been furloughed or had to furlough your staff. This can indeed be very unsettling too.

Fear about your own or someone else's physical, mental or financial health may keep you awake at night.

Whether you start working on your body or on your mind doesn’t matter so much. It is worth doing something to help you to relax though.

Are you drinking enough water?

Are you going for a walk every day?

Are you spending some quality time with your family – the members you currently live with?

Have you tried meditation yet? Online Yoga, Pilates…?

Have you thought of looking for ways to help your back pain or neck pain with a self care session online? This could be very powerful.

I had to close the Newmarket premises until further notice. But I have taken the opportunity to help clients online pretty much from the start of lockdown. These sessions are by no means replacing my hands-on ‘magic’ but they can go a long way.

Would it be helpful to you if I showed you some ways to treat that discomfort yourself? I love educating people how to find and treat those sweet spots to help them getting out of pain - back pain, neck pain etc.

And then there is Thought Field Therapy (TFT in short). It can help with all kinds of emotional pain. Anxiety, anger, grief, guilt, overwhelm, trauma, relationship issues and more. It's great as a stand-alone treatment for those unwelcome emotions. This tapping technique can also be an important puzzle piece to deal with chronic pain. It helps to go to the root cause of the problem, an underlying negative emotion. And this treatment can be done with a Zoom call too.
